Taptilo Limited Warranty

OHFA Tech warrants the included hardware product and accessories against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of original retail purchase. This warranty becomes invalid if the factory-supplied serial number on the product has been removed or altered. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear (including cosmetic damage) nor damage caused by accident (including spillage of liquid) or abuse, misuse, improper storage, unusual stress, connection to improper equipment, unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification, or operation of the product outside the intended uses described by OHFA Tech. To obtain service, please contact Customer Support or visit www.taptilo.com/support. If during this warranty period a defect arises and you submit a valid claim to OHFA Tech and return the product in accordance with our instructions, we will at our option, either (i) repair the product using new or refurbished parts (ii) replace the product with a new or refurbished product, or (iii) refund the purchase price of the product in credits or cash. This limited warranty applies to any repaired or replaced product for the remainder of the original warranty period or for ninety days, whichever period is longer. OHFA Tech does not warrant that the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error-free. Technical service or device repair may be restricted to the original country of sale. Call charges and international shipping charges may apply. Warranty benefits are in addition to rights provided under local consumer laws. You may be required to furnish proof of purchase details when making a claim under this warranty. This limited warranty is transferable from the original owner to subsequent purchasers, but the warranty period will not be extended. This warranty does not cover products marked “sample,” “Not For Sale,” or “as is.” This warranty does not cover products that have been subject to (a) modifications, alterations, tampering, or improper maintenance or repairs; (b) handling, storage, installation, testing, or use not in accordance with the User’s Guide, Placement Guidelines, or other instructions provided by OHFA Tech; (c) abuse or misuse of the product; (d) breakdowns, fluctuations, or interruptions in electric power or the telecommunications network; or (e) Acts of God, including but not limited to lightning, flood, tornado, earthquake, or hurricane. This Limited Warranty does not cover consumable parts unless damage is due to defects in materials or workmanship of the product, or software (even if packaged or sold with the product).

In no event shall OHFA Tech’s liability exceed the price paid for the product from direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product, its accompanying software, or its documentation. OHFA Tech makes no warranty or representation, whether expressed, implied, or statutory, with respect to its products, program content, or use of this documentation and all accompanying software, and specifically disclaims its quality performance, merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose. OHFA Tech reserves the right to revise or update its product, software, or documentation without obligation to notify any individual or entity.
