Warranty Repairs

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship that might occur during normal use of Taptilo. Consumable components like blocks are not covered. Defects resulting from improper maintenance, unauthorized repairs or failure to follow operational instructions are just a few of the items not covered. Damage caused by the use of accessories and parts, including chargers, that were not manufactured by OHFA Tech voids the limited warranty.

  1. Gather the following information

    • Contact information (name, email, and address)

    • Product’s serial number (Serial number is under the Taptilo device)

    • Proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, etc.)

    • Description of the defect (recommend sending pictures or videos)

  2. Contact support@taptilo.com to request repairs

    • Please contact us with the above information.

  3. Package and ship your product

    • If we confirm all information, securely package your product with your contact information and ship it to our office (OHFA Tech, Inc. / 804, 20, Seongsuil-ro 12 gil, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, 04793).

    • Customers must pay for the cost of shipping the defective product to OHFA Tech, Inc. We suggest using a courier provides tracking information.

    • OHFA Tech, Inc. is not responsible for packages lost in transit to OHFA Tech, Inc.

    • If you choose to have us ship a replacement product before we receive your defective product, you must provide your credit card information as collateral. Your credit card will not be charged unless you fail to return the defective product.


Returns & refunds

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund in credits or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. The buyer will pay return shipping.

Refunds will be made via the original payment method and may take up to a few days or more.
